Every year I joke about our personal March Madness.
Four birthdays, soccer, Ultimate and Lent.
This year we've added a winter storm.
I'm not complaining.
I like our big bustling family and all the activity.
I like that winter held on a little longer though.
There's peace and quiet in knowing we are hunkered down.
Some of the "busy" gets put on the back burner.
This year we are mixing our shamrocks with snowflakes.
Lent is just around the corner and we are planning our fasting, prayer and giving.
Entrusting our full month to the Blessed Mother.
